How long does a PDP redesign take?

A full PDP rebuild typically runs three to four weeks, including audit, design, development, and testing. You'll see drafts and provide feedback throughout.

What about product customisations and bundles?

We design the PDP system to handle your variant structure - whether that's simple size/color, complex customisations, or bundle offers. The flow remains clear either way.

Can I test this before going live?

Absolutely. We'll stage the new PDP on a test product, measure performance against your current live pages, and only roll out once you're confident.

How do you decide what goes where on the page?

The page is sequenced around the buyer's decision, not the brand's org chart. The order answers their questions in the order they ask them: what is this, will it work for me, is it worth it, can I trust you, how do I buy. Proof and objection-handling land exactly where doubt would otherwise stop the sale.

Do you write the copy or just build the layout?

Both — and they're inseparable. A beautiful PDP with feature-led copy still doesn't sell. I rewrite the page to lead with benefits and outcomes, handle objections, and place social proof at the decision point. The structure and the words are designed together.

Isn't a longer, more persuasive page slower?

It doesn't have to be. Persuasion is about sequence and proof, not weight. The page is built performance-first — lazy-loaded media, no bloat — so it can tell a full story and still paint fast on mobile. Speed is part of the conversion job, not a trade-off against it.

How do you handle reviews and social proof?

Proof is placed where it resolves a specific doubt, not dumped in a block at the bottom. Star ratings near the price, relevant reviews beside the claims they back up, UGC where buyers picture themselves using it. If your review app is slow or ugly, we make it load fast and look native.

Do you do real before/after testing, or just rebuild and hope?

Where traffic allows, the new PDP is staged and measured against your current live pages before full rollout — so the lift is something you can see, not assume. On lower-traffic stores we rely on proven best-practice changes and watch the directional data closely.

What if my ads are fine but the PDP isn't converting?

That's the most common case — and the most fixable. Good traffic landing on a weak PDP is money you've already paid for, bouncing at the last step. Rebuilding the page around the buyer's decision usually lifts the metrics that ad spend can't: add-to-cart and AOV.

Will my team be able to edit the page afterwards?

Yes — that's a design goal. The PDP is built as clean, documented Shopify sections so your team can update content, swap proof, and adjust copy without a developer or fear of breaking the layout.

Do you optimise for AOV, not just conversion rate?

Yes — and the two are linked. A clearer page that frames bundles, subscriptions, and complementary products as genuine value lifts order value alongside conversion. I optimise for revenue per visitor, because a higher conversion rate at a lower AOV can be a step backwards.

Can you work from my existing theme, or do I need a new one?
