What this site collects

Three forms, and nothing else. The audit form, the standard download, and the contact form. There is no tracking pixel, no advertising tag, and no third-party analytics that follows you between sites.

What happens to it

The audit form and the contact form come to me by email. They are not added to a mailing list, not pushed into a CRM, and not shared. If we do not end up working together, the message is deleted rather than kept for a follow-up campaign.

The standard download and the monthly note are two separate lists, and they stay separate. Downloading the document does not subscribe you to anything. Neither list has a welcome sequence behind it.

How long

Enquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as the engagement and its records require. Enquiries that do not are deleted within ninety days. Mailing-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe, which is one click and needs no explanation.
