The context
Nuuvo Haircare operates on the promise of “Professional Beauty, Proven Results.” As a salon-grade brand founded by an industry veteran, the digital storefront needed to reflect the same premium, high-performance experience customers get in the salon chair. But scaling the brand required more than just a static template—it demanded a living, breathing e-commerce ecosystem capable of handling daily growth, marketing campaigns, and an expanding affiliate network.
The problem
To grow, the brand was relying on a patchwork of third-party apps for marketing, affiliates, and page building. This created significant technical debt and bottlenecks:
- App bloat was bogging down page speed, with third-party scripts rendering the site sluggish on mobile devices.
